How will I receive my devotional or retreat?
Once your order is complete, you’ll receive an email with a secure download link. You can also access your purchase anytime by logging into your Payhip account with the same email address you used at checkout.
Can I print the resources?
Yes! All devotionals and retreats are provided as PDF files, which you can read on your device or print at home. For best results, print on A4 or Letter paper and adjust your printer settings to “Fit to Page.”
Do I need special software to use the downloads?
No. Our resources are delivered as PDF files, which can be opened on most computers, tablets, and smartphones. Free PDF readers such as Adobe Acrobat or built-in apps on iOS and Android will work.
Can I use these resources with my church or small group?
Yes — but please check the license on each product. Most of our devotionals are for personal use only. If you’d like to use a devotional in a group setting, look for resources marked with a Group License option or contact us to discuss permissions.
Do you sell outside the UK?
Yes — all digital resources are available worldwide. Payhip automatically handles international VAT/GST for EU customers. At this stage, physical products (when released) will be shipped within the UK only.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can pay with most major debit/credit cards. All transactions are encrypted for your safety.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the digital nature of our products, we’re unable to offer refunds once a devotional or retreat has been downloaded. However, if you have any issues accessing your files, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
